Because every ceramic vessel is fragile and irreplaceable, we package our pieces with meticulous care using biodegradable corrugated wrap, honeycomb paper, and compostable packing peanuts.
Standard Insured Ground ($6.95 or FREE over $75)
Orders are dispatched from our Portland studio within 1–2 business days. Transit time is typically 3–5 business days via USPS Priority or UPS Ground with end-to-end tracking and insurance.
Studio Priority Express ($14.95)
Priority packing queue and expedited 2-day delivery across the contiguous United States.
30-Day Return & Happiness Guarantee
We want you to truly love living with our ceramic wares. If for any reason your piece does not fit your home or morning ritual, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Return Requirements:
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging condition.
- Please contact info@aldermoss.click with your order number to receive a prepaid return label.
- Refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 3–5 business days of studio inspection.
Damaged in Transit Guarantee
In the rare event that a ceramic item arrives broken or chipped during carrier transit, we will immediately send a replacement piece or issue a 100% refund. Simply email us a photo of the damaged package within 7 days of delivery.
